Important Shipping Info

During checkout you will have three options for getting your plants: 
  1. "DO NOT SHIP: Pick up at Nursery Headquarters in Brazito".  After your order has been pulled, you should receive an email telling you that it has been shipped or is ready for you to pick it up at our nursery.  This is usually the default "shipping method" chosen automatically by our store on the checkout page.
  2. "DO NOT SHIP: Pick up at offsite event (tell us when & where at bottom of page)".  We travel all over the state during the spring and fall seasons to sell our plants at various plant sales.  You can save on shipping costs by picking up your order at one of these events.  See "Upcoming Events" for a dates and places to choose from.  Be sure to let us know which event you'll be attending at the bottom of the checkout page (use the "Event Name" and date of event).  You may receive an email after we've pulled your order saying your order has shipped.  This just means we've pulled your order and it will be at the event you've chosen for pick up.
  3. "Shipping options".  We use UPS Ground to send our potted plants, which are carefully packed and held in place with shredded paper.  Small seed orders can be shipped via USPS and will display that option if available.  To have your order shipped, first click "display rates" to the right of the UPS shipping options icon and then select "Ground" as your option.  You should receive an email after your order has shipped.  Expect a package very soon.
If you place your order and realize afterwards that you chose the wrong shipping option, don't worry.  Just let us know how you really want to get your plants, and we'll adjust your order.

The default shipping method is "DO NOT SHIP: Pick up at Nursery Headquarters," so be sure to click "display rates" and choose "ground" if you want your order shipped to your home.
