Creating an Account

Creating an account is optional, but there are some benefits.

• Wishlists: create multiple plant lists to help you design and plan your landscape.
• History: see past orders (orders placed after October 2023) to re-order or help determine what worked & didn't work.
• Customer service: if you are having problems with the website, we can access your account to help troubleshoot. An account also makes it easy to issue store credit if needed.
• Wholesale: wholesale accounts may be eligible for volume discounts. Create your account and either call or email to get approval.
• Tax exempt status: tax-exempt entities in Missouri will need to create an account and have it approved before placing an order.
