Order now but ship later
If you want to pre-order items, proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address and choose your shipping method. In the Order Comments, let us know when you want your order. If left blank, we'll assume you are ready and will send the order as soon as we can.
Shipping
We ship plant orders via UPS to most states, but we can't send live plant material to Hawaii, Florida or California. Plants are packed in boxes and held in place with shredded paper. They are shipped Monday through Wednesday and can be shipped any season, though spring and fall are less stressful for them. Note that it will take some time to process the order; an order received on Wednesday might not get shipped until the following week. We delay shipping when temperatures approach 100º F. Seed can generally be sent throughout the United States. We don't send any of our plants or seeds to other countries as we don't want to be responsible for introducing a species to an area where it could become invasive. We may trim some shrubs and perennials when they are too tall for our boxes.
