Yarrow has soft, fern-like foliage. Because it spreads underground, it can make a nice groundcover in sunny locations--for the same reason, use caution when planting in a flowerbed.
Seed: Harvest seed July/August. Much of the seed is ready to germinate. A cold, moist stratification of at least 2 to 4 weeks will increase germination. The tiny seeds need light to germinate, so don't bury them.
