You can then use your Order Comments to customize how your order is processed. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Order now and delay shipment: If you need your order delayed, use the checkout page's Comment section to let us know when you want the order shipped. If you are ready for your order to be shipped right away, simply proceed through the checkout process.
- Pickup in store: To pick up your order at our nursery in Brazito (about 10 miles outside of Jefferson City on highway 54), choose "Pickup In Store" as your shipment method. Orders placed late in the week, especially Friday afternoon and weekends, may not get processed until Monday. Give us a few days to pull your order so it is ready when you arrive. If you need your order sooner, call us to place the order and we can have it ready the same day.
- Offsite events: During spring and fall, additional pickup sites will be available. They will be listed as shipment methods and will be valid options up to five days before the event is to take place (the cut-off for Saturday events is usually Tuesday evening before the event). Be sure you order early so we have enough time to get everything ready for you. When events are on our calendar, you can see them at Upcoming Events.
- Out of stock: Sometimes items are available online and we run out before having the chance to update the website's inventory. Use the checkout page's Comment section to let us know what to do if we are out of stock. You can have us call you, duplicate other items on the order, substitute a different pot size if available, choose a similar plant, or get a refund.
