Late figwort is a large plant with small green flowers tinged reddish-brown. While it isn't well-suited for a formal-looking flower bed, it is a great addition to pollinator gardens. A variety of bees and beneficial wasps along with the occasional hummingbird will visit in search of nectar from July to October. It can grow in full sun if there is ample moisture, otherwise it prefers some afternoon shade.
